Medical treatment is provided by our partner hospitals and surgeons.
No. DM2Medical is a medical travel concierge based in London. We do not provide medical treatment directly. All surgery, rehabilitation, and clinical care is delivered by accredited partner hospitals and experienced surgeons across our European network. Our role is to coordinate the planning, logistics, communication, and support around your medical journey.
There are two separate payments. You pay the hospital directly for all medical treatment (surgery, hospital stay, rehabilitation, medications). You pay DM2Medical separately for our coordination service. DM2Medical coordination fees are separate from medical treatment costs — packages start from £350. We never handle your medical payments.
